The Chinese New Year of the Snake is in full spring and I am at my target weight of 121 lbs and holding steady, while working out regularly and not being on any kind of official diet. In 2012, I lost a total of 25 lbs. It was much more than diet and exercise although that had a lot to do with it, but the reason why I will keep the weight off is because I went through a total body/mind/spiritual transformation and I would love to help YOU lose weight and be happy if you are ready!I had the BEST Valentines Day to date when I instructed a submissive client to rent a rickshaw for me to go galavanting around the city in and take me to V Day dinner at the lovely Asia De Cuba restaurant on Sunset Blvd. The traffic was horrible. Aside from the 2 hour journey of 14 miles in sub's truck, the reward of being carted around Hollywood Blvd in a rickshaw made it all worth it. It wasn't his creative idea, It was the artistic planning of his mistresses of course. The rickshaw was used for a performance I used in my good friend Annie Sprinkle's art show that weekend, not just for Valentine's Day. This submissive purchased me a vegetable juicer without having to be told and it has been a new part of my daily joy and health. We have cravings for carbs and sugar the things which keep us overweight because our bodies are deprived of nutrients. Green juicing helps you get the nutrients your body needs and it has helped me not crave anything! In fact, I haven't even smoked pot for 6 weeks (a personal record) and I credit my green juices for that too! I am green juicing new concoctions every day and taking in dark green vegetables and fresh fruit juice every day. Yesterday, I discovered the wonders of real coconut juice and cream by daring to buy a real coconut instead of that canned sugar water that I used to think was delicious. It was definitely a process to get the cream out. (it's much, much easier to get my cream out LOL) I could not crack the shell with 3 of my sharpest household knives so I had to hit it several times with my hammer! I felt like a crack head stuck in a motel room with just a pen and a candy wrapper trying to use all my available resources determined to get at the reward of the nectar of the fruit. Instead of the toxic high of crack rocks however, the beautiful nutrient rich coconut juice and cream was finally placed in my trusty Nutribullet which I use to mix up green conconctions in new ways every day.
I have been helping this client lose weight and get healthy and he is part of my new direction in "girlfriend experiences" which include life and nutrition coaching advice, working out and meditating! This is added to my current style of body rubs using tantra and chakra balancing and good karma to create a loving and affectionate energy that almost ALWAYS makes my clients sigh in ecstasy as they literally MELT under my body as I lay on them, perfectly lining up my chakras on his, placing my heart on top of his and possibly giving him more non judgemental loving than he has received in a long long time. I am working on elevating my work to a new level that attracts clients that want good energy in their lives, that appreciate the gifts that I can give and that use less drugs and alcohol.
